4. All fares quoted are for point to point. Any diversions, stopovers, etc. will incur additional charges.

5. All prices quoted are per car.

6. Cash and credit card payments include all charges. There are no hidden charges.

7. All payments can be made by cash, credit or debit card and on account. We reserve the right to charge in instances of a cancellation or “no show.”

8. All pickups include a complimentary waiting time of 5 minutes. Afterwards a few of £1 per additional 5 minutes is chargeable.

9. Airport Pickups
We monitor all flights on various websites for any delays. If the passenger misses the flight coming into one of the UK Airports, the passenger must call or email us immediately.

At the airport the driver will go in 40 minutes after flights land unless instructed otherwise by the passenger. The driver will wait at the arrivals area with the passenger’s name on a board. If the passenger fails to show 1 hour after landing or at the agreed time, we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be liable to pay the full fare.

If the passenger has been waiting at the arrival and the driver is not there, the passenger should call our 24 hours control room on 0208 906 3000 to arrange to meet with our driver. Passengers should not just leave the airport without letting us know as this will be regarded as a “no show” and the passenger will be charged the full fare.

Note: All airport pickups include the minimum car park fee and a complimentary waiting time of 1 hour, which starts after the flight lands. Afterwards, waiting time charges of £18 per hour plus car park fee will be added to the bill.
